FileLocker & Dropbox Retiring in 2022

Two UConn file transfer services will be retiring soon.

  • Dropbox (dropbox.uconn.edu) — provides large file sharing for files up to 100GB.
  • FileLocker (filelocker.uconn.edu) — a temporary file storage system that enables secure file sharing.

ITS will formally retire both services in 2022. Going forward, Microsoft OneDrive can be used to securely request and share files of all sizes.
