IT Student Life & Enrollment (IT-SLE) provides technology support for all staff and departments within the Division of Student Life & Enrollment . While supporting the thoughtful use of information technology, these efforts focus on assessing technology needs, identifying appropriate technologies, and ensuring the successful use of technology. IT Student Life & Enrollment strives to create technology solutions that are timely, easy to use, and relevant. Providing consistent, high-quality, and respectful customer service is of paramount importance.

Taking a proactive approach to meeting technology needs and preventing problems, IT Student Life & Enrollment provides select services for the University community, information and support for Student Life & Enrollment computer users, their accounts, and access to Student Life & Enrollment and University business systems.

Customer Support

IT-SLE provides help desk and client support services for the Division of Student Life & Enrollment. This team offers direct customer support via phone or online requests. We manage computer workstation deployments on a regular schedule as well as custom technology equipment for conference rooms, A/V set-ups and mobile work solutions.
